1. Site operator

• Menu and lunch menu browsing, restaurant information, events and catering.
• Online ordering with delivery or pickup at the restaurant (when open for orders).
• Contact form for enquiries.
• Opening hours and open/closed status information.

3. Orders and prices

• Menu prices are shown in euros (EUR) and may include packaging (box) and delivery fees calculated at checkout.
• Free delivery in Ruse above a certain order value may apply — conditions are shown when ordering.
• We reserve the right to correct price or availability errors. If we cannot fulfil an order we will contact you.
• Minimum quantities or delivery zone restrictions may apply as shown during checkout.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown on the site (cash or card on delivery/pickup, per your choice). Payment is on receipt unless otherwise agreed.

5. Delivery and pickup

• Delivery requires an accurate address and contact phone. Estimated time depends on workload.
• Pickup address: Ruse, Druzhba 1, Geo Milev St. 5 (next to Shone shop).
• Delivery to outskirts areas may have a fixed fee per the zone selected at checkout.

6. Opening hours and order acceptance

Orders are accepted only when the site shows “Open” and the restaurant is not marked closed (manually, by schedule, or for specific dates). When “Closed” you can browse the menu but cannot complete an order.

7. Cancellation and complaints

If there is a problem with your order contact us immediately on the listed phone numbers. We will seek a fair solution within applicable consumer and trade practice law.

For distance orders of food prepared to your request, right of withdrawal may be limited under Bulgarian consumer protection law.

8. Intellectual property

Site content (text, images, design, logo) is protected by rights of Дон Вито Корлеоне New Style or respective rights holders. Unauthorised copying or use without written consent is prohibited.

9. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. We are not liable for interruptions due to third parties (internet, hosting) except as required by law. We are not liable for damage from incorrect address or unreachable phone unless our fault is proven.

10. Third-party links

The site may link to external sites (e.g. Google Maps, Facebook). We are not responsible for their content or policies — please review them separately.

11. Personal data

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Applicable law

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement; failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court or authority under the law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after publication of changes means acceptance, unless the law requires otherwise.
